Hey! Wonder how you got here. I probably sent you here, or someone did, of which, I will be eternally grateful to and owe a beer. (Please let me know who to send that beer to).

Anyway, long story short. I write.

I prefer long form, stories, and blog posts, but I can also write scrappy sales and ad copy that will make your customers drool for your product.

Always respectful, never too pushy, I will make sure your readers and customers love your brand.

I spent 15 years in marketing in the travel industry before I gave them the finger and took off for the world, so maybe that is what is making me convert, who knows?

Also, for the people that want to set up an online business, I work together with a web developer that specializes in WordPress that will make anything you frickin’ need.

  • Where Are You From?
    Singapore originally. I quit my job 8 years or so ago and hit the road. Worked as a dive instructor. Lived in a van in the US and Canada and rock climbed all over. Currently holed up in Macedonia enjoying life.
  • Favourite Food?
    Frickin’ Singapore food is the best in the world. Promise. I’ve been to a lot of countries, but I go home to eat. And see Grandma and Mom. Laksa, Hokkien Mee, Mee Pok, Bak Chor Mee, don’t even get me started or I will involuntarily salivate in a Pavlovian response.
  • Favourite Person?
    Grandma. She’s frickin’ 94. And Mom.
  • What Are Your Charges?

    Totally negotiable. Some of my long term clients are still at $0.03/word but they started me out on this little journey and I don’t have the heart to raise prices. Yep, call me sentimental.

    Otherwise, I average about $0.05 for long form, and $0.15 for copywriting. My hourly rate is US$60/hr.

  • What Tools Do You Use?

    Urgh. I hate tools. I have Grammarly Pro, Hemingway App, and Copyscape Premium. But sometimes they are WRONG. I only use them as kinda a way to make me check my stuff and make sure I’m not wrong.

  • What’s Your Turnaround Time?

    I didn’t know what else to say in the FAQ cos’ I hate talking about myself, but I can tell you one thing. If you want something done fast, all you gotta do is say “Hey Addy, I need this in 10 hours, can you help?” and I will literally drop everything and do your stuff.

    Otherwise, please give me a week for long forms of 1500 to 3000 words and about 3 days for copy.

  • How Much Can You Write A Day?

    Good God I’m having trouble filling this FAQ up. Well, I average 2000 to 4000 words a day.

I’m flattered, you really wanna know about me? Well shit, there’s not much to tell. Climbing dirtbag, scuba instructor, canine behavioral consultant, and avid beer and wine lover.

Born and raised in Singapore, I quit my 15 year marketing career in the travel industry 8 years ago and gave them the finger, taking off and hitting the road.

Now, I’m just another one of those drifters. Apparently we are called “digital nomads” now.

But once a workaholic, always a workaholic. And I love to write killer content so keep it coming!

Oh, of course. Hobbies. DOGS, climbing, kayaking, hiking, nature, outdoors, mountains, oceans, conservation, zero-waste living (shit, who can do that, but at least we can try), eco-friendly stuff so I don’t kill everyone, eating well, all the hippy dippy stuff.
